KALAVARA / LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective 3 October 2026
Who provides Kalavara
Kalavara is a product of Qubit.Codes, operated by QUBIT CODES, Ernakulam, Kerala, India. Contact support@qubit.codes for questions about these terms. These terms govern the platform and apps; your confirmed subscription agreement or invoice records the purchased plan and commercial details.
Your restaurant and accounts
Restaurant administrators are responsible for authorised staff access, accurate setup and lawful use. Restaurant activation identifies a workspace; it does not replace individual sign-in. Keep account credentials and installation tokens secure and notify us of suspected misuse.
Service scope
Current tools include restaurant billing, kitchen workflows, tables, delivery coordination and reports. Kalavara is delivered through Android and Windows installables. The website provides product information, downloads, enquiries and platform administration; there is no vendor web panel or customer ordering website. Workspace branding depends on your plan. We do not operate your restaurant or undertake food preparation, fulfilment, delivery or customer refunds.
Subscriptions and changes
Prices, taxes, billing period and setup are confirmed before activation. See Billing & Refunds for annual pricing and cancellation. Feature availability may change with documented product updates; changes to agreed subscription terms will be communicated before they apply.
Your data and intellectual property
You retain rights in your restaurant data, menu and uploaded branding. You grant the permissions needed to store, display and process that material to provide the service. Kalavara software and original platform materials remain the rights of their respective owners. Do not upload material you have no right to use.
Availability and responsibility
Internet connectivity, device compatibility and third-party services can affect availability. Back up and review important business records. No particular uptime commitment applies unless agreed in writing. Neither party excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded; any separate service agreement may specify applicable remedies and limits.
Suspension and ending service
We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security incidents, unlawful activity or an unpaid agreed subscription. Contact support for cancellation, restoration or data-export arrangements. Retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Contact support first to seek a resolution. Jurisdiction is Ernakulam, Kerala, India, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
