Acceptable Use Policy

Use the service lawfully

Use Kalavara only for authorised restaurant and related business operations. Do not use it for fraud, unlawful transactions, harassment, discriminatory abuse or infringing material. Restaurants remain responsible for applicable food, consumer, tax and business requirements.

Respect access boundaries

Do not attempt to access another restaurant’s data, bypass permissions, share another person’s account or misuse activation tokens. Do not probe, disrupt or overload the service, introduce malware or attempt to extract secrets.

Responsible content and data

Upload menus and branding that you have the right to use. Collect and enter only information appropriate to your business purpose. Do not place payment-card secrets, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information into notes or demo forms.

Demo requests

Provide accurate restaurant and contact details when requesting a demonstration. Do not submit sensitive customer data, misleading requests or spam.

Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected misuse or a security issue to support@qubit.codes. We may restrict access proportionately to investigate or stop abuse, meet legal obligations or protect users and the platform. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
