Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds

Plan prices

Starter costs ₹499 monthly or ₹4,990 annually. Growth costs ₹999 monthly or ₹9,990 annually. Signature costs ₹1,999 monthly or ₹19,990 annually. Prices are in INR, per restaurant, with applicable taxes extra. An annual subscription covers twelve months at ten times the monthly rate, saving the equivalent of two monthly payments.

Confirmation and payment

Your selected plan, start date, taxes, billing period, setup and payment instructions are confirmed by our team before activation. The public enquiry form does not take a payment. There is no automated recurring-card billing or advertised free trial in this release. The confirmed agreement and invoice are the records of your purchase.

Plan changes

Contact support to request an upgrade, downgrade or change of billing period. Effective dates and any price adjustment must be confirmed before the change. Existing restaurants on individually agreed or legacy plans keep their agreed terms until a change is confirmed.

Cancellation

Email support@qubit.codes with your restaurant details to request cancellation or non-renewal. We will confirm the subscription end date and any data-export arrangements. Cancellation does not by itself erase restaurant data or waive unpaid amounts for service already provided.

Refund requests

Contact support with the invoice, restaurant details and reason for the request. Refund eligibility depends on the confirmed agreement, the service delivered and applicable law. We do not advertise unconditional refunds or a money-back period. Statutory consumer rights and remedies are not excluded. Confirmed refunds are returned through an agreed appropriate payment channel.

Renewal and expiry

Renewal pricing and payment arrangements are confirmed with you. If an agreed subscription expires or payment is overdue, workspace access may be restricted. Contact support before expiry if you need to discuss continuation or export.
